Tilt Shifting City

First the image was dragged into photoshop and editing began. Using the quick mask tool I was able to make a selection on the image using both linear and circular gradients and editing their position and size as to where i wanted the blur to appear on the image.Both the linear gradient and circular gradient tools were used withe the gaussian blur effect to create a tilt shift effect on the image.
